Following the success of Black Boys in Business in 2019, we’re pleased to announce our next event – with a difference. Taking place in October 2020, this year’s event is Black Youth in Business (BYIB).

Organised by The Decision Factory and hosted by Arup, Black Youth in Business is aimed at black boys and girls aged 9-12 years old. This event will offer children a soft introduction to different areas of business, peaking interest in a range of careers from a young age.

Taking place on 26th and 27th October 2020, the event will adhere to COVID-19 guidelines by introducing the children to a virtual business learning environment. There will also be one group session in Manchester, UK.

Black Youth in Business provides support with access to work experience opportunities whilst promoting diversity within the corporate workforce.
