Starting out with The Decision Factory
The Decision Factory is run on a project basis – releasing long term and short term projects as well as workshops and training. A mentoring scheme is also under development.
What is The Decision Factory?
The Decision Factory believes in equipping young black males aged 11-24 with the proficiency to thrive and achieve their full potential.
