Following the success of Black Boys in Business in 2020, we’re pleased to announce our next event. Taking place in April 2021, this year’s event is Black Youth in Business (BYIB) for students in Sheffield.

Organised by The Decision Factory and hosted by Arup, Black Youth in Business is aimed at black boys and girls aged 9-12 years old. This event will offer children a soft introduction to different areas of business, peaking interest in a range of careers from a young age.

Taking place on 6th and 7th April 2021, the event will adhere to COVID-19 guidelines by introducing the children to a virtual business learning environment.

Black Youth in Business provides support with access to work experience opportunities whilst promoting diversity within the corporate workforce.

Arup is an independent firm of designers, engineers, architects, planners, consultants and technical specialists working across every aspect of today’s built environment.
