Sickle Cell Cycle is an annual bike ride aimed at adults cycling 87 miles over one day, between two major cities in the UK from Manchester to Birmingham. Organised by volunteers and enthusiastic riders, this is a non-competitive bike ride. We are a part of The Decision Factory (TDF) organisation and affiliated with Sickle Kan.
Connecting the North West to West Midlands, Sickle Cell Cycle is a bike ride not a race. Participants are invited to join this very rewarding cycle whilst being gifted with the beauty of the UK’s scenery and contributing to such a deserving cause.
Sickle Cell Cycle is a non-profit programme, funded by cyclists, sponsors and the kind donations of our supporters. Entries for 2020 are now open – cyclists are invited to register their interest. Sponsors are also invited to get in touch to discuss the packages available.
You don’t have to be a member of a cycling club or group, Sickle Cell Cycle is open to all. Get on your bike and register to join us today.
