Taking place in April 2021, this year’s event is Black Youth in Business (BYIB) for students in Sheffield.

Organised by The Decision Factory and hosted by Arup, Black Youth in Business is aimed at black boys and girls in Sheffield, aged 9-12 years old. This event will offer children a soft introduction to different areas of business, peaking interest in a range of careers from a young age.
