TDF co-founder nominated for Amazing Women Awards 2019

We’re thrilled to announce that Joanne Clarke Gordon, co-founder of The Decision Factory has been shortlisted for the Amazing Women Award’s, taking place on 30th March 2019.

The Amazing Women Award is hosted by Amazing Women Global and takes place annually, aiming to recognise unsung heroines, the women making a huge difference to society or their community.

Joanne is a respected revenue controller for an international law firm in Manchester, which keeps her busy however she still makes time to get heavily involved in other voluntary roles.

In addition to her work with The Decision Factory, for one day per week Joanne dedicates her lunch break to attend a local school in Manchester to assist 6-year olds with their reading.

She also acts as a trustee for the national charity, EmployabilityUK. Here, Joanne regularly attends meetings providing support to the charity and advice in areas of GDPR compliance.

Joanne has an overwhelming passion for empowering young people. It is difficult to put a number on the lives that Joanne has impacted both indirect and directly. She is looked up to by numerous young people, both male and female and plays many roles: leader, mentor, innovator and friend.

The award’s event will take place on Saturday 30th March from 2.30pm at Millennium Gloucester Hotel, if you would like to attend then tickets are still available.
