On the 30^th March 2019 Joanne Clarke Gordon, co-founder and director of The Decision Factory, was awarded first runner up of the Amazing Woman Award 2019. Hosted at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in South Kensington, London over 100 people gathered to attend the prestigious Amazing Women Award ceremony.

The award is an opportunity to recognise the efforts and achievements of women from around the globe. It acknowledges women who go above and beyond on a daily basis, often without recognition.

The ceremony consisted of several presentations in categories such as Amazing Woman, Amazing Young Woman, Amazing Business Woman, Amazing Mother and more.

TDF’s very own co-founder and director, Joanne Clarke Gordon was nominated for an award in the category of Amazing Woman, for the work that she has done throughout her life. This is in addition to the work she currently undertakes with The Decision Factory and her resilience in overcoming personal hardships.

Joanne says: “events like the Amazing Women Award’s allows women to come together and share experiences whilst being encouraged by the strength of the other women.

I was honoured to receive first runner up of the Amazing Woman Award. It was a humbling experience, one that will stay with me. The day was filled with empowering life stories and I met some exceptional women.”

She continues, “it was a privilege to be amongst the inspirational women that were up for the award and I am grateful for the tremendous support I received.”

It was a very proud day for The Decision Factory.
