What is The Decision Factory?

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) focused towards young black males aged 11-24 offering:

• Tailored mentoring programmes (both group & 1-2-1), peer mentoring and coaching.
• Bespoke projects/ programmes addressing day to day issues affecting the black community with a specific focus on black boys.
• Breaking down and addressing stigmas and dogmatic beliefs with high level educational workshops and training.
• Running specialist services including networking events, entrepreneurial workshops, career support, advocacy and more.
• We are keen to work on collaborative ventures with other organisations sharing our beliefs and ideals.
